Connor-Winfield宽温的TCXO振荡器C34-032.0M专用于GPS接收器,,温补晶振(TCXO),在晶振内部采取了对晶体频率温度特性进行补偿,以达到在宽温温度范围内满足稳定度要求的晶体振荡器。一般模拟式温补晶振采用热敏补偿网络。补偿后频率精度更高,,由于其良好的开机特性、优越的性能价格比及功耗低、体积小、环境适应性较强等多方面优点,通常用于通信设备,如手机,GPS定位等。

编码C34-032.0M,康纳-温菲尔德2.5x3.2mm毫米,温度补偿晶体振荡器和电压控制温度,TCXO振荡器是为全球定位系统设计的要求紧密的应用 -20至70°C和-30°C范围内的频率稳定性至85°C的温度范围。通过使用模拟温度补偿,该器件是能够保持低于1ppm的稳定性宽温度范围。
特征:1.8、2.5、2.8或3.3Vdc操作,削波正弦波输出逻辑,超小型2.5x3.2mm毫米SMT封装,可用的频率稳定性: 0.50ppm、1.00ppm、1.50ppm或 2.00ppm,可用温度范围: -20至70摄氏度或-30至85摄氏度,低功耗< 2mA,低抖动<1psRMS,带卷包装,符合RoHS标准/无铅,推荐用于新设计, 应用程序:GPS接收器.
